Barry C Anderson aka, Holistic Chef Barry formerly, Barry Gourmet & Raw. Born in Hamilton Ontario Canada .Born as a Baby Boomer in 1954. Excelled in fine art graduating with honors both in public and high school then attended Sheridan College successfully completing a 3 year diploma for the study of the “Classical Animation Program graduating June 1977. Barry took odd jobs as a farm hand between studies as a farm hand at weight 125 lbs standing 5 foot 4 inches tall. The following 10 years from early 20s to early 30s working for many major Film Animation Studios in Hollywood California was a demanding art desk sitting job with lots of overtime hours and fast junk food that insidiously took its toll on Barry's health . His excess weight of living with obesity peaked out at 300lbs at age 33 years. Clinically diagnosed with a grocery list of life threatening diseases living with an array of symptoms eventually Barry was forced into the ICU room and quarantined for more than one month in the Ca . US hospital . This life and death event forced Barry to go on a mission of Truth and Holistic Education for years to this day that forced his weight loss back down to his normal original 125 lbs and it stayed this way to his present day of 66 years of age. Today living with his Thai wife named Ananya and family on the resort island of Phuket Thailand. Together Chef Ananya and Holistic Chef Barry are developing their family wellness retreat called the “Garden Villa Phuket “. A Thai Nature Retreat of Organic Thai indigenous medicinal herbs and foods with rooms of out door kitchens and earthing sleep rooms to rent all void of any EMFs
